Tossing and turning, a rough night last night from a painful shoulder and a not-so-comfortable car camping sleeping situation makes you reflect on the choices you make.
Stealth camping is definitely not ideal; you are at the mercy of the weather, surroundings, and daily challenges that creep up out of nowhere. You must always be prepared and ready for anything.
This morning, I am tired, needing a shower, coffee, and a break from my pain. It’s not all glamorous and adventurous, but it’s my new life now, and I chose it. With good comes bad; it’s part of living in true freedom.
